A STEP FORWARD

Hello everyone. 

First thing I wanna get out of the way is that I will cancel this summer's seasonal news update and leaving it to October. I did hype it out a bit on my previous posts and I did say I was going to release it today, but I didn't had the time to prepare for it unfortunately.

Now let's get to the point, I do plan to 'redo' some of my old art to pretty much set the quality that I will aim for my page from the day I posted 'Red Demon'. But... unlike that submission, I'll be on my computer which means it will be different in terms of style, however I may still do some Ibis.

CUT ART

"DEMON NAISHO"

I wanted to show what her demon side is like, but I wasn't sure what direction I should take: humanoid or feral. I chose to do humanoid first as you can see here, it looked okay but I wasn't impressed. I will proceed with a feral look, but I have to practice. I did love how I used her legs for the demon's pointed twin tails and I may recycle this idea, however it'll depend how well it adapts to the future feral design.

Also, did you know Naisho's original name when I conceived her was "Betty"?

"Friend's OC"

Made in 2023, I made this for a friend and I was conflicted whether or not to post it now. But I made my decision to not to as it isn't really my style to put it on my page, and I MASSIVELY overused the blur tool. You can even see it despite the fact that I'm only showing 5% of the art.

"Battle Beatol"

It was the first thing I worked on when I came back to Newgrounds last month. It was going well for the most part, however it all fell apart the moment my PC bricked and I lost all of my progress. Despite some art that was spared and salvaged, this was not one of them and I am still upset about it that I lost motivation to restart the whole thing again. If you haven't checked out Battle Beatol, I definitely recommend it. I will say that working on it felt different like I was doing this for a game adaptation.

There's a few more things, but I wouldn't consider them "cut" yet.

DID SOMEONE SAY BIRTHDAY?

On August 30th, I'll officially be 22 years old!

What a time to even still be kicking, and yet there's something beautiful about it.

I'm writing this early because I have a very bad habit of forgetting, but can you blame me? I'm old!

And for those that like party tricks, "Giggles" my jester OC will make her debut in my page on the same day. I am excited about her because she's one of my favorite character I've made, and I can't wait to show off more that I have in store. But now that we're on the topic of the future, there is one more elephant I have to address in the room...

SEPTEMBER HIATUS

I want to make one thing clear, I am not disappearing from Newgrounds again over another hiatus and leave this page left dead for another 2 years. From September 16th to October 1st, my page will be left dormant as I will not be in the country for a while.

I understand this may look early to be announced, however I want to keep my 'update news posts' as a frontpage for a long term because it spares me the effort to make another news post, and all the information needed is in one place.

And for those that are seeing this a second time, I accidentally deleted the original when I was scrolling through mobile when I was trying to edit the post over a typo, and it did cost me lol.
